Patients Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to follow the doctor's instruction and take medicines on time.
  • Your compliance throughout the duration of treatment is important for success in treatment.
  • It is your responsibility to pursue a healthy lifestyle to promote positive health results, such as proper diet and nutrition, adequate rest, and regular exercise.
  • You should be present at all their scheduled healthcare appointments.
  • You should provide accurate information to the doctors regarding medical and personal histories, and current symptoms and conditions.
  • You should cooperate on mutually accepted courses of treatment.
  • You should also inform doctors of other medications and treatments that they may be taking simultaneously.
  • You should be courteous to our doctors and other staff members.
  • You should inform and bring to the doctor's notice if it has been difficult to understand any part of the treatment or of the existences of challenges in complying with the treatment.
