(Statistics) from the Mumbai University.

He has handled large HR teams of over 50 members for large organisations with over 5000 employees. Across his various assignments, he has been recognised as 'Top Talent' and much-admired for creating and implementing insightful HR strategies and solutions that led to efficient workplace engagement and strong employer branding, which enabled the business to be more efficient and productive on a sustainable basis.
